I took a weekend trip to Knoxville,TN and it is the most adorable city. I am sure I annoyed my family by vlogging everything but, y'know. Knoxville is filled with local shops and it urban hangouts. Below I expanded on some of the places you see in the vlog. I can't wait to go back and hopefully for more thank a weekend.
PLACES I WENT:
SMOKEY MOUNTAIN BREWERY: A restaurant and a brewery. This place is a local restaurant with several different locations in Tennessee. The atmosphere is of a sports grille & bar. The food was not exceptional but I am sure that if you are of drinking age and are with a good group of friends, this place would be more appreciated by you than I.
TENNESSEE RIVER: Took a stroll around the river around sunset and it was really beautiful. Not much I can really say.
MARKET SQUARE @ night: Drove by market square and the city was lighten up! It seemed as though there must have been an event going on. It was a bit rainy so we decided to go again in the morning to see the farmers market and walk around.
GOURMET'S MARKET & COSMOS CAFE: Cosmos cafe is a very urban chic little cafe that seems like a chill hang out spot. I had some Nutella filled French Toast for breakfast and if you ever stop by this place, I most definitely recommend them.
MARKET SQUARE FARMER'S MARKET: On the weekends local farmers and vendors set up a farmer's market in the heart of market square. There are vegetables, plants, jewelry, food trucks, and more. I got to stop by some of the shops and it is a urban hipster dreamland (seriously, they have a giant urban outfitters). They have fine dining as well as quirky urban shops. Literally the most adorable place ever.
THE TREE & VINE: We randomly stopped by this shop that happens to be an oil and balsamic tasting shop (oh, how fancy). They even had chocolate olive oil (yes, it was delicious).
I live near Knoxville and wanna go see some of these places!!!
